Electronics Assembly Technician - Entry LevelThis role focuses on assembling small electronic components for a variety of manufactured units in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow computer-based work orders, use hand and power tools, and contribute to efficient and accurate assembly line operations.ResponsibilitiesAssemble small electronic parts and components according to detailed work orders and production specifications.Read and follow computer-based work orders accurately to ensure correct parts, tools, and assembly steps are used.Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with machine operation in a manufacturing or assembly setting.Attention to detail when working with small electronic components and assemblies.Strong reliability and consistency in following safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment.You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility that supports focus, comfort, and safety while handling sensitive electronic components. The environment promotes consistent schedules with clearly defined shifts, helping you maintain work-life balance. You receive company-supplied protective smocks and ESD equipment, ensuring you can perform your work safely and effectively. The role offers the opportunity to build and strengthen manufacturing and assembly skills in a professional setting, with structured processes and clear expectations that support your growth and development.This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
