AssemblerOur growing manufacturing client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to support production of their products. This role is responsible for assembling components, following technical instructions, and ensuring finished products meet quality and customer specifications.This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and contributing to a team-focused production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble fixtures and related components following established manufacturing proceduresInterpret work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings to complete builds accuratelyPlan and organize daily tasks to meet production schedules and deadlinesInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirementsIdentify defects or inconsistencies and take corrective action as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and production areaEnsure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safelyTrack and maintain inventory of assigned materials and componentsAssist with organizing parts and supplies for production runsWork both independently and collaboratively with production team membersIdentify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiencyQualificationsMinimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentElectrical or electronic assembly experience preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood organizational and time-management skillsMechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and componentsPositive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a teamExperience working within an ISO or quality management systemFamiliarity with production processes and assembly line environments
