AssemblersKelly is hiring ASSEMBLERS on behalf of a growing, family-owned manufacturer in Ravenna, Ohio that has been providing high-quality packaging and industrial solutions to customers across a variety of industries for decades.$16.00/hour - 1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday $17.00/hour – 2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 1:30 am Monday – Thursday (4-day work week!)No background or drug screens!ResponsibilitiesAssemble products and packaging kits according to work instructions and production schedules.Package finished products and components for shipment.Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, drills, and other assembly equipment.Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and blueprints as needed.Measure materials using a tape measure.Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but NOT required.Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly drawings.Ability to read a tape measure.Ability to work overtime when needed.Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. throughout the shift.What You'll BuildAssemble customer service desks and other commercial fixtures using pneumatic rivet guns, drills, and hand tools.Create packaging kits and prepare products for shipment.Wrap, label, and package finished goods.Work EnvironmentTeam-oriented manufacturing environment.Radio or headphones are permitted while working but must be removed when speaking with supervisors.Designated outdoor smoking and vaping areas available during breaks.Steel-toe boots or shoes are required.For immediate consideration, apply today!
