Assembly AssociateWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for assembling products according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:Assemble components and products following work instructions and blueprintsUse hand tools and basic machinery as neededInspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesMeet daily production goals and deadlinesWork effectively as part of a teamQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of recent manufacturing experience requiredAbility to use basic hand tools and read instructionsStrong attention to detail and qualityGood attendance and reliabilityAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as neededExpress Employment is an equal opportunity employer
