Job description

Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I/II/IIIPosition: Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I/II/III Pay: $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per weekBenefits10 paid holidays2 weeks of PTO accrual3 weeks of PTO after 5 years401(k) with 30% employer matchMedical insurance with 85% of the premium covered by the employerLife insuranceGeneral Statement of DutiesPerform a variety of assembly operations and tasks on electronic or electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Perform complex and difficult assembly tasks while working from established prints, drawings, and work instructions.Higher-level assemblers may perform delicate placement and alignment, wire bonding, and hand soldering of small components. Use soldering irons, crimping tools, and other special tooling as required to perform assigned tasks.Additional responsibilities include:Performing rework requiring similar assembly operations.Working with very small components accurately and consistently on a repetitive basis.Regular use of a microscope for assembly and inspection.Following established assembly procedures, prints, and drawings.Maintaining attention to detail and quality throughout the assembly process.Qualifications & Preferred ExperienceExperience with electronic or electromechanical assembly preferred.Hand soldering experience preferred.Soldering certification is a plus.Experience with EB welding and/or brazing is a plus.Comfortable working with small components and hand tools on a repetitive basis.Ability to read and work from technical prints and drawings.Ability to perform precise assembly and rework operations.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable, accountable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Quality EnvironmentCEC Vibration Products, LLC operates in an AS9100D/ISO 9001 certified manufacturing environment.
