Assembler – 1st & 2nd ShiftsHibbing, MN$18.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly1st & 2nd shift | Days and hours varyTemp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, you’ll help build quality electronic and mechanical assemblies in a production environment while working with a supportive team. If you enjoy hands-on work and a structured, fast-paced setting, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as an Assembler:Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manualsAssemble electronic and mechanical components and printed circuit boardsOperate production and assembly equipment safely and efficientlyAlign and position components using fixtures or hand toolsPerform inspections and basic go/no-go testing to ensure quality standardsComplete intermediate processes such as coating, bonding, and curing assembliesPackage, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:Basic computer skillsStrong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsAbility to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring devices, crimpers)Knowledge of ESD handling procedures preferredAbility to follow instructions and comply with ISO9001 standardsMechanically inclined; manufacturing experience helpful but not requiredWillingness to complete a background check and drug screenWhy You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
