AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading fiberglass composite manufacturing company in Pocahontas, IA. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality composite products while working for an innovative manufacturer serving utility, service, and municipal vehicle industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a fast-paced production environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Assemble fiberglass and composite products according to specificationsFollow production schedules and meet daily production goalsInspect products to ensure quality standards are metUse hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyComplete required production and inspection paperwork accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaReport equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors promptlyAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularlyPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and dependable attendanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEntry-level candidates are encouraged to applyEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
