Job description
Assembly / Production AssociateWe are seeking dependable Assembly / Production Associates to join a manufacturing team on third shift. This position is responsible for assembling products, performing quality inspections, packaging finished goods, and supporting daily production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.Job DutiesAssemble components and finished products according to work instructions, specifications, and production requirementsRead and follow written instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawingsPerform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standardsPackage completed products for shipment or additional processingMaintain production flow while meeting quality and productivity expectationsOperate basic production equipment and tools as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve production goalsFollow all company safety procedures and work instructionsQualificationsAbility to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in EnglishBasic computer skills and ability to learn production software systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shiftAbility to lift 25 to 50 pounds to waist levelAbility to lift up to 25 pounds above shoulder levelAbility to perform repetitive assembly and production tasksAbility to work safely while meeting productivity and quality standardsScheduleFull-time positionThird ShiftSunday through ThursdayHours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AMBenefits of the PositionStable full-time employmentConsistent overnight scheduleTraining and skill development opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building your skills in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
