Assembly Associate (Cleanroom) – Direct HireExpress Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Assembly Associate for a direct hire opportunity with a company in Marysville, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent day shift hours in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling single-use tubing and fitting-based products in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions while maintaining strict cleanliness standards.Pay & SchedulePay: $23–$25 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)Primary Duties – AssemblyAssemble single-use tubing and fitting-based productsInsert barbed-style fittings into polymer tubingPerform repetitive assembly tasks with consistency and accuracyRead and follow basic assembly drawings and bills of materialsIdentify parts and ensure correct component usageMaintain quality and accuracy while meeting production timelinesWork safely and collaboratively in a team environmentWork Environment – CleanroomAssembly work performed in an ISO Class 7/8 cleanroom environmentMay occasionally support or interact with warehouse operationsRequired to wear cleanroom PPE including:CoverallsCleanroom bootsHair and/or beard netsGlovesCleanroom RequirementsTo maintain strict contamination control standards, employees must adhere to the following:No jewelry (including watches, necklaces, rings, bracelets, or earrings)No visible piercings (must be removed before entry)No cosmetics, lotions, perfume, cologne, or nail polishNo fake eyelashes or artificial nailsFingernails must be neatly trimmed and cleanHair and facial hair must be clean, trimmed, and well-groomedNo personal items (including cell phones) allowed in the cleanroomMust follow proper hygiene practices including daily bathing and handwashingNo open wounds permitted while working in the cleanroomPhysical RequirementsAbility to use hands for detailed assembly workFrequent repetitive motionsLift up to 35 lbs. regularlyOccasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Key QualitiesStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to follow instructions precisely and consistentlyHighly organized with strong workflow management skillsMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAdaptable and responsive to changing production needsLicensing & ComplianceMust meet pre-employment screening requirementsPlease note: You must have at least six months of recent work experience and provide two professional references to be eligible for placement through our office.We are an E-Verify employer.Benefits of Working with ExpressMedical benefitsHoliday payOptional 401(k)Training opportunitiesAnd moreJoin Express Employment Professionals – Find Your Perfect JobAt Express, we connect job seekers with opportunities that match their skills and experience.
