Assembly AssociateLocation: Prosperity, SCPay: $14.00 per hourShift: Sunday - Thursday 3rd Shift 10:30 PM - 7:00 AMJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working on a production line, inspecting products for quality, and preparing items for storage and shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:- Pull parts from conveyor belts and pack them into crates according to company standards- Inspect products to ensure quality and remove any defective items from the line- Print and apply labels to crates for proper identification and tracking- Count and organize parts into designated bins for accurate inventory management- Operate pallet jacks to transport crates to warehouse storage areas- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, especially during tool changeovers and downtime- Assemble and build crates for product packaging and storage- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsQualifications:- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs as needed- Basic math and counting skills- Ability to operate or learn pallet jack equipment- Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWork Environment:- Fast-paced manufacturing setting- Exposure to machinery, moving parts, and varying temperatures- Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
