As an Assembly Associate, you will assemble automotive seating components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:Pay of $20.00 - $21.50 based on the shiftFirst shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMSecond shift: Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AMTemp-to-hire opportunityPPE providedReferral programHealth benefits401(k)Dental insuranceWhat We're Looking For:Manufacturing or assembly quality experienceAbility to use quality gauges accuratelyAbility to operate hand, pneumatic, and electronic toolsStrong problem-solving skillsBasic math, reading, and writing skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds regularlyWillingness to travel for training if requiredCommitment to following safety and quality procedures1+ year of assembly experience preferredExperience assembling automotive components preferredWhat You'll Do as an Assembly Associate:Assemble metal, foam, fabric/leather, and electronic automotive seat componentsUse hand tools, pneumatic tools, fixtures, and jigs to complete assembly tasksReview work orders and work instructions to ensure specifications are metInspect parts and identify defective components during productionMonitor production flow and support continuous operationsPerform material handling duties as neededConduct layered audits and quality inspectionsPackage finished products for shipmentRotate between production tasks as requiredMaintain 5S workplace organization standardsTrack parts and scrap using electronic systemsFollow assembly and production processes and proceduresComplete production reports as neededSupport production workflow by performing various operations within the work areaComply with Quality Policy, ISO/TS 16949 requirements, and all safety policiesAdhere to company anti-mutilation policies and workplace standards
