Job Description Job Description Responsible for assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products or components for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy.
Pack, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
Load and unload materials as needed.
Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Report damaged materials, equipment problems, or quality issues to supervisors.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and carry materials up to the required weight limit.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment requiring physical activity, repetitive assembly tasks, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Typical Schedule: Full-time, with schedules varying by employer and shift.
