Assembly AssociateWe are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our team in Honeoye Falls, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Multiple shifts are available, and we offer competitive pay based on the shift schedule.Key Responsibilities:Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and other equipmentRead and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or schematicsInspect parts and finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsAssist with packaging and labeling as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred not requiredPrior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbsWillingness to work assigned shift and overtime as neededShift Pay Details:1st Shift: $18.50/hour2nd Shift: $20.35/hour3rd Shift: $20.35/hourBenefits:Weekly payOpportunities for overtimeShift differential payFriendly and team-oriented work environmentPotential for long-term career growthApply today to join a growing team in a clean and safe manufacturing environment!
