Job description
Assembler – Solar Panel StructuresWe are seeking reliable and hardworking Assemblers to join our production team. Associates will assemble solar panel mounting structures using hand tools and power tools in an outdoor work environment. Responsibilities include:Assemble solar panel support structures according to specificationsUse hand tools and power tools to secure bolts, nuts, and componentsFollow work instructions and safety proceduresInspect completed work for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet daily production goalsRequirements include:Previous assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferredComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to work outdoors for the entire shiftAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededStrong attention to detail and safetyWork environment includes:Outdoor work setting under covered structures similar to a carportStanding and working with tools throughout the shiftWater is permitted at the workstation30-minute lunch break providedThis is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work.
