Assembly AssociatesWe are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Assemblers at our Springfield, TN facility.Available shifts and pay:1st Shift: Start between 4:00 AM – 4:45 AM | $18.00/hr2nd shift: Start between 12:00pm-3:30pm | $21.00/hrNote: Shift flexibility required. Typical shifts are 8–10 hours, with occasional overtime.Position overview: Warehouse Assemblers perform essential tasks on the assembly line, ensuring the timely and accurate construction of products while upholding quality standards.Requirements:Frequently bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbsStand for 8–10 hours per shiftComfortable working in areas with insulationAble to complete tasks efficiently in a moving assembly line environmentIf you are dependable, efficient, and eager for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.Thank you for considering a career with Kelly.
