We're looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and production, carpentry, construction or repair experience to join our dynamic team and help us continue producing world-class boats.Job SummaryPerforms any combination of various tasks such as cutting carpet, installing livewells, tanks, wiring and wiring systems, electrical panels, instrumentation, lights, steering, trim, rails, seats, doors, cutting fuel and water hoses, building trolling, distributions and stereo harnesses per drawings supplied, troubleshooting wiring systems, etc. to ensure proper assembly of the finished product is correct and is working properly.Job DutiesWill be required to use utility knife, air-powered drills, screwdrivers, grinders, mini-saws, staplers, and pop rivet guns to install necessary partsBe able to follow detailed instructions and drawings to assembly wiring kitsMaintain tools and equipment in proper working orderPromote and maintain 5S and TVP standardsKeep work area cleanAny other duties assignedQualificationsAbility to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 10+ hours a dayWork overtime as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in heatAbility to work around dust, chemical, and fiberglass particlesManual dexterityUse of air powered hand tools for 10+ hours per dayGood coordinationHave good quality habitsHave good attendance habitsAbility to follow instructions accurately
