Assembly - Contractor - CLocation: Alpharetta, GA 30004Duration: 12 months (Possible for extension)Pay rate range: $24 – $28/hr on w2 (All inclusive)Schedule 9.80 Reg. 1st shift 7:00AM-4:30PM Mon-Thu; and 7:00-3:30 E/O FridayJob DescriptionResponsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Overall SummaryFully proficient support individual contributor.Works under limited supervision.May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.Nature of SupervisionWorks under limited supervision.Less detailed instructions are provided and minimal peer review is required.Communication & InfluenceCommunicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.May be a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency.Innovation & ComplexityWork may be structured within identified boundaries and procedures.Follows established processes to complete tasks.
