We root for and celebrate each other because when one of us wins, we all win.Position DetailsThe Assembly Crew is responsible for building furniture and filling customer orders in a manner that meets our standards for safety, quality and cleanliness. This full-time position works with a variety of tools, hardware and machinery out of our Killbuck campus. Experience in an advanced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.This person must share the Crow Works values of:GritGratitudeCollaborationCuriosityAdaptabilityResponsibilitiesOperate within standard operating procedures and quality control processesUnderstand and operate all assembly and packing machineryComply with forklift training guidelinesPackage finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)Stage finished product for loading and load onto truckQualificationsPrevious experience assembling in a manufacturing environmentGood communication skillsManual dexterity required for operating machineryFlexible schedule when workload and deadlines need to be metForklift certification is a plusPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsThe essential functions of this position frequently require the team member to use hands or fingers to lift, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
