Job description
CADREX Manufacturing Solutions in Mukilteo, WA is seeking an Assembly Department Lead to manage and supervise the assembly team, drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
You will plan production, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, implement SOPs, mentor staff, and analyze metrics to improve performance.
A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred; onsite work with full-time hours and competitive total compensation.
