Assembly LeadReporting directly to the Production Manager, the Assembly Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of the assembly team to ensure production, quality, safety, and efficiency objectives are achieved. This role provides hands-on leadership by assigning work, monitoring production schedules, supporting employee performance, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the assembly process.The Assembly Lead identifies and resolves production issues, promotes continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Working closely with the Production Manager, the Assembly Lead helps drive operational excellence, maximize productivity, reduce waste, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.ForemanThe Foreman is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and installing electrical and mechanical components used in medium-voltage distribution equipment and related products. This role assembles and installs high-voltage wiring, capacitors, switches, small parts, and other components into electrical cabinets to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality expectations. The foreman fabricates sub-assemblies, operates and maintains assembly workstations, and follows established manufacturing procedures and engineering specifications.Using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment, the Assembly Foreman aligns, assembles, tests, and calibrates components to verify compliance with product specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. The role also diagnoses and repairs nonconforming parts, maintains accurate production records, and supports continuous improvement efforts.A strong commitment to safety, quality, organization, and teamwork is essential to ensure efficient production and on-time delivery of high-quality products.
