Assembly Helper PositionWe are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Helpers to join our production team. This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing repetitive tasks, lifting materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and meeting daily production goals.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to company standards and specifications.Perform repetitive lifting of materials and components weighing 5 to 25 lbs.Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.Maintain production quotas and meet daily performance expectations.Package finished products for shipment or storage.Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.QualificationsAbility to lift and carry 5 to 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.BenefitsFull-Time PositionWeekly PayOpportunity for growth and advancementOn-the-job training providedApply today if you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a team-oriented production environment!
