Job description
Assembly LeadThe Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves leading and training assembly team members, coordinating staffing priorities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is experienced in mechanical and electrical assembly, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and the use of hand and power tools.
