Job description
Assembly LeadThe Assembly Lead is responsible for leading daily assembly operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, on time, and within budget. This role serves as the point of contact between the assembly team and production leadership while maintaining Elevation3D's standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.RequirementsLead and/or attend project launches and staging activitiesCoordinate project execution with the Shop Foreman and production teamTrain, mentor, and support assembly team membersEnsure quality standards and SOP compliance are maintainedMonitor labor efficiency and help minimize overtimeAttend QAMs and communicate project concerns proactivelyIdentify risks, missing materials, and scheduling issues earlyEnsure projects stay on budget for labor and materialsMinimize avoidable mistakes, rework, and project delaysVerify all project components are complete before shipmentSupport successful project pack-ups, returns, and inventory managementMaintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
