AssemblyAssembler Lebanon, IN Local Company is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Lebanon, IN. This position is responsible for assembling fixtures and products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Responsibilities: Perform routine assembly tasks with minimal supervision. Work in two manufacturing departments as needed based on production schedules. Build products using assembly instructions, blueprints, engineering sketches, and verbal directions. Identify and report defective parts, incorrect dimensions, or workmanship issues. Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and troubleshooting on finished products and subassemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment safely and effectively. Complete work orders, time sheets, and test documentation accurately and on time. Follow company safety standards, ISO procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 5+ years of related assembly or manufacturing experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
