Job description
Assembly WorkerAssemble products and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.Install, connect, and secure parts and components accurately.Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper assembly.Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.Perform basic measurements using calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues to supervisors.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow OSHA, PPE, safety, and company quality procedures.Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.Work effectively with production and quality-control teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
