Looking for a stable manufacturing career with great earning potential, overtime opportunities, and the chance to become a permanent employee? We are hiring Assembly / Machine Operators in Howell, MI to join a fast-paced automotive manufacturing team.
This facility supports some of the world's largest automotive manufacturers by producing high-quality stamped and assembled vehicle components. If you have a strong work ethic, great attendance, and enjoy hands-on production work, this is a great opportunity to grow your career!
Available Shifts
☀️ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM???? 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM???? 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Mandatory overtime required

Job Responsibilities
Operate production and assembly equipment
Work with stamped steel and aluminum automotive components
Assemble automotive parts using production equipment and hand tools
Perform spot welding and assembly operations
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Load and unload materials and finished products
Perform repetitive lifting and material handling tasks
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
About the Work Environment
This facility produces a wide variety of automotive components, including:
Door panels
Hoods
Roof panels
Tailgates
Wheel wells
Floor panels
Small interior support components
Large rolls of steel and aluminum coil are stamped into automotive parts, inspected for quality, assembled, and shipped directly to automotive customers worldwide.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience preferred
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Must have excellent attendance and reliability
Must be willing to work mandatory overtime
Must pass a background check and drug screen
