Assembler PositionWe are looking for a full time Assembler for a Medford company that fabricates ergonomic mounts for computer, cabinet, wall, and various work stations. This is a temp to hire opportunity, on day shift with a Monday-Friday schedule.Company Expectations:Perform all duties with accuracy to provide the finest quality and most unique innovative products, while ensuring high overall consumer satisfaction. Employees are expected to demonstrate consistent attendance, a high level of safety, quality consciousness, an attitude of continuous improvement, attention to cleanliness of shop and buildings, work as a team in your department.Responsibilities include:Assisting in any area of the company as directed by managerHas to be flexible and have the ability to work under close supervisionMust work well with different levels of employees and managersEssential Results:Assist in manufacturingMaintain production efficiency and standards to maximum levelMaintain quality and quantity levelsAssist in positioning workAssist in setting up jobsPerform hand operations such as filing, deburring, cleaning, disk grindingMaintain excellent communication with all managers and staffContinue to learn with the companyOperate open equipment as neededOther duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.Education:High School Diploma or GEDExperience:None requiredSkills:Eager to LearnGood verbal communicationFlexibilityWilling to do physical workFollow policies and procedures as directedTeam player
