Job description
Labconco is seeking an Assembly Department Manager to lead our Assembly operations and support department managers in achieving production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals. You will coordinate daily manufacturing activities and foster a positive, accountable work environment.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing, experience with production planning and continuous improvement, and strong communication across all levels.
