Job description
Labconco Corporation in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Assembly Department Manager to lead our Assembly operations, develop leaders, and drive production efficiency. You will coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and collaborate with Engineering and other departments to optimize processes.
The ideal candidate has a technical associate degree, 4+ years in manufacturing leadership, and experience in union environments.
