Location: Pingree Grove, IL
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Job Summary
We are hiring Assembly Operators to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on running scheduled jobs, monitoring product quality, and keeping machines supplied to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Run production jobs as scheduled
Monitor parts during production to ensure quality standards (Q.A.) are met
Perform visual inspections and identify defects
Label cartons accurately and prepare finished goods for shipment
Replenish automatic machines with materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and production procedures
Report any issues with parts or equipment to leadership
Qualifications
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
