Assembly Operator IIIMount Joy, PAAs Assembly Operator III, you will:Preparing machines and equipment for daily usePerform changeover and set-up functionsCommunicate with technician and supervisor any issues that may arise during operationsUse of inspection tools, independently complete quality inspection documentation, and make necessary adjustments, understand gauging and visual inspection tooling, attention to detailed processesWork with team to troubleshoot, set up, assembly, and/or flow issuesPerform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standardsIdentify product defects and complete appropriate documentation and notification when defects are identifiedWhat your background should look like:Extensive experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with and ability to perform set-up operations, and handle change-over responsibilitiesExperience interacting with mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot assembly machines or equipmentProficient with use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators for dimensional inspection of materialsProven record of using inspection data to make mechanical and program changes to achieve part specificationsRead, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately set up and assemble productsBasic computer navigation and utilization skillsAbility to read and write EnglishAbility to lift 50 lbsUnderstanding of GD&T is a plusDon't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply now so we can hold a spot for you.
