Assembly OperatorOur client, a manufacturing leader in the plastics industry, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Mission, TXPay Range: $10.82 and upShift: 3 Shifts: 6AM to 2PM, 2PM to 10PM, 10PM to 6AMWhat's the Job?Assemble injection molded components accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.Complete assigned production activities according to established work instructions and procedures.Perform visual inspections on in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Verify product quality using gauges, fixtures, measuring devices, and other inspection tools when required.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area utilizing 5S principles.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED preferred.Previous manufacturing, assembly, injection molding, or light industrial experience preferred.Ability to read and understand work instructions, quality standards, and production documentation.Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools, inspection equipment, and assembly devices.Effective verbal and written communication skills.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Supportive team culture focused on safety and quality.Potential for ongoing training and skill development.Competitive pay based on shift and hours worked.Work with state-of-the-art equipment and processes.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
