Assembly Operator IIWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling server racks and computer hardware components while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment, lifting materials throughout the shift, and working both independently and within a team setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and unpack chassis and components for server assemblyInstall and replace brackets, labels, rails, handles, switches, and other componentsIntegrate computer parts into chassis on a progressive assembly lineInstall small screws and hardware components with precisionIdentify and label cables according to rack specificationsInstall rails and assemble racks based on specificationsPackage finished racks for shipmentFollow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and proceduresAssist with recycling and material handling as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualificationsMinimum of 6 months of assembly or related manufacturing experience requiredStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shiftAbility to stand for extended periodsComfortable working on ladders when neededGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAble to follow verbal and written instructionsHigh school diploma or GED requiredWork EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing and production settingRepetitive assembly tasks using small parts and hand toolsContinuous lifting and movement throughout the day
