Assembly OperatorLocation: Rochester, New HampshireSalary: $17.00 - $21.00Job Category: Light IndustrialCoWorx is seeking detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a growing medical manufacturing team in the Rochester, NH area! This position works in a clean room environment assembling high-quality medical products while following strict quality and safety standards. All assembly work is performed in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean room. Employees are required to wear company-provided hair nets, gowns, safety glasses, shoe coverings, and gloves while working in the clean room. Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMResponsibilities:Set up, change over, and clear production linesComplete production documentation and quality recordsPerform visual and microscope inspectionsMonitor product quality and notify leadership of any issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaAssist in training Assembly Operator I employeesSupport production needs and additional duties as assignedAssemble medical products following written procedures and work instructionsDesired Background/Skills:1-2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experienceExperience working in a manufacturing, medical device, or clean room environment preferredExperience with soldering, crimping, testing, inspection, or similar assembly processes strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaksAbility to work in a clean room environment while wearing required PPEAbility to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and accuracyOther Information:Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
