Assembly OperatorA growing manufacturing company in Thomaston is seeking an Assembly Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and maintaining efficient production runs.Pay:1st Shift: $16.94/hour2nd & 3rd Shift: $18.94/hourResponsibilities:Perform machine setups and changeovers.Conduct visual quality inspections during production.Troubleshoot basic mechanical and machine issues.Perform preventative maintenance tasks.Maintain production and quality documentation.Follow all safety and production procedures.Qualifications:Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.Basic math and computer skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.High School Diploma or GED required.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on the production floor.Apply now for immediate consideration, or contact us today at to speak with one of our coordinators — we are happy to answer any questions you may have!
