Assembly/Production – Bake Shop HelperWorksite: Navarre, OH Schedule: Variable shifts; must be available for all shift timesPosition OverviewWe are seeking dependable Assembly/Production to support our bakery production team. This position starts in the Packing/Packaging area, where you will prepare finished products for shipment and ensure items are properly packaged and moved to the shipping line.ResponsibilitiesPackage and box finished bakery products.Prepare packaged products for shipment and production lines.Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Be flexible to work different shifts as business needs change.Qualifications & RequirementsReliable and dependable attendance.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Must be flexible and available for all shift hours and times.Schedule is provided each Friday.Previous production, packaging, or bakery experience is helpful but not required.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
