Assembly/ Parts CoordinatorHQ Aero is currently recruiting for Assembly/Parts Coordinator in Bridgeport, WV. Responsibilities include:Tracking/driving processes critical to the assembly and test areas.Coordinating parts, consumables and non-product material movements.Supporting all continuous improvement, quality and E&HS operations initiatives and policies to meet company goals.Performing all other related duties as assigned and referring team challenges to the Supervisor.Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of related fields to perform all manual and technical operations and deal with various aspects of diversified problems.Following general instructions using complex drawings, advanced shop mathematics and precision measuring tools to carry out tasks in assigned area.US CitizenshipHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.Job Type:Full-time, ContractRotating shifts, including nights, to support production requirements.Essential Job Functions:Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain and manipulate data.Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.Work Environment: FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.DISCLAIMER This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected by the incumbent.
