Electronics Assembler – 2nd & 3rd ShiftWe are currently hiring Electronics Assemblers for 2nd and 3rd shift in Telford, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment and growth. The Electronics Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components and products according to work instructions and specificationsInstall, connect, and secure small electronic parts and componentsUse basic hand tools and assembly equipment as requiredRead and follow diagrams, work instructions, and visual aidsInspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracyIdentify defects or issues and report them to the appropriate supervisorMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures and company safety requirementsMeet production goals while maintaining quality standardsPerform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detailWork effectively as part of a team and assist with other production duties as neededQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, or electronics assembly experience is preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsGood hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small componentsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn new processes and proceduresRequirementsESD shoes are requiredMust be willing to complete a criminal background checkMust be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screenMust be able to work the assigned shiftWhy Apply?Temp-to-hire opportunityCompetitive shift payOpportunity for long-term employmentPotential for growth and advancementGain valuable experience in the electronics manufacturing industryWork in a professional manufacturing environment
