This role offers long-term potential in a clean and team-oriented environment that values accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform intricate manual assembly tasks using microscopes, halo lights, and soldering ironsRead and interpret detailed document packages and manufacturing proceduresColor code components, apply soldering paste, and place small components by hand (e.g., 0201, small ICs)Assemble cables based on customer-supplied documentationConduct pre- and post-reflow inspections to ensure product accuracy and qualitySuggest process improvements and identify opportunities for greater efficiencyPreferred ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Hand AssemblyCable AssemblyFinal InspectionProven ability to contribute in a collaborative, team-focused environmentEssential QualificationsIPC-A-610D CertificationJ-STD-001 CertificationHigh School Diploma or GEDMust not be color-blindAbility to frequently lift up to 25 poundsCapable of sitting or standing for extended periodsWork EnvironmentClean, well-lit, and well-ventilated facilityMay involve exposure to oil, grease, and manufacturing noiseSome contact with chemicals or fumes; ventilation and safety measures provided
