Assembly SpecialistWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our metal manufacturing team. In this role, you will efficiently and accurately assemble metal components and parts, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening according to blueprint specifications and engineering standards.Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional overtime on Fridays) Pay Rate: $19 per hour Location: Kindred, ND Job Summary: Efficiently and accurately assemble metal components and parts, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening according to blueprint specifications and engineering standards.Key Responsibilities:Assemble metal components, subassemblies, and parts as directed by blueprint drawings and job specificationsAssemble products including fans, unloaders/augers, roof rafters, dryers, and moreUse hand and power tools to assemble and fasten all parts per engineering and quality standardsAssist with the assembly and preparation of hardware kit boxesOperate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required to complete projectsInspect assemblies for accuracy and qualityMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsQualifications:Previous assembly or metal manufacturing experience preferred (1-2 years)Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and specificationsSkilled in using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctualPhysical Requirements:Able to lift, carry, and move materials as neededComfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periodsWhy Join Us?Competitive pay at $19 per hourConsistent schedule with occasional overtimeSupportive team atmosphereOpportunities for advancement and growthReady to apply your skills in a stable and rewarding environment?
