Job description
Automotive AssemblerWe are seeking dependable Automotive Assemblers to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position supports production operations through assembly, material handling, robotic welding support, quality inspections, and production documentation in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.Job DutiesAssemble automotive components and products according to production requirementsStack, organize, and move parts throughout the production processAssist production employees and machine operators as neededLoad and position parts onto fixtures and jigs for robotic welding operationsOperate welding and automated production equipment according to established proceduresPerform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standardsComplete production records and required documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and quality requirementsAssist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as assignedQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferredWelding or fabrication experience preferredAutomotive manufacturing experience is a plusBasic computer skillsBasic math skills and ability to follow work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and problem-solving skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicWillingness to learn new equipment, processes, and technologiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 35 poundsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motionAbility to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to perform repetitive assembly and material handling tasksScheduleFull-time positionFirst ShiftBenefits of the PositionStable full-time employmentTraining and skill development opportunitiesExposure to automated and robotic manufacturing technologyTeam-oriented work environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in automotive manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
