You bring a positive attitude to work each day, show up ready to contribute, and represent Greyloch with professionalism in both appearance and behavior.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble cabinet components including doors and drawersInstall hardware accurately and efficientlyPerform tasks along the assembly line to meet production goalsPackage and stage finished products for shipmentInspect products to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic understanding of furniture or cabinet construction preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistencyAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 lbsWhat Sets You ApartTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentInitiative to suggest and support process improvements
