Assembly SupervisorAssembly SupervisorBilingual english/spanish is a requirement for this position.• Coordinate assembly members based off of current production requirements outlined in our shared production sheet• Submit production output at the end of each day• Submit each employee's efficiency data at the end of each workday and communicate production expectations to each team• Ensure each assembly zone remains in a safe, clean, and organized manner as outlined in each zones map.Company ProfileKontane Logistics is a leading third-party logistics and industrial packaging company specializing in custom wooden crates, skids, warehousing, distribution, and supply-chain solutions. Experience supervising production/assembly teams, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures, equipment operation, and OSHA-related requirements. Ability to read work instructions, follow production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with employees and management.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
