See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:Position Overview:As an Assembly Tech II, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.Essential Functions:Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assembliesSet-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular jobMaintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety RulesPerform inspection common to the classification at required intervalsTake appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be takenCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.The hiring rate for this position is $26.74, hourly.This position is eligible to participate in Brunswick's comprehensive and high-quality benefits offerings, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k, Health Savings Account (with company contribution), wellbeing program, product purchase discounts, and much more.Why Brunswick:Whatever tomorrow brings, we'll be at the leading edge.
