Start as a temp and, if it's a great fit, you could be hired on full-time—with access to excellent benefits!1st & 2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Temp to Hire Location: West Fargo, ND Pay: $20–$26 per hour (based on experience & skills) 2nd Shift Premium: Extra 7% paySchedules:1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:45 AM, with occasional Friday overtimeWhat You'll Do:Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and take apart productsRead blueprints and use gauges to make sure everything is top qualityHelp keep things safe by joining in safety checks and maintenanceSpot issues early and be part of solving problemsJump in to help in different areas on the shop floorWork together in a positive, team-focused environmentWhat You'll Bring:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years' experience in manufacturing or as a mechanic (preferred)Good communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stay organized and work efficiently—even when it's busyReliable attendanceYour Workday:Be on your feet—walking, standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and doing hands-on workUse your hands for repetitive tasks and computer workStay safe with good hearing and vision for spotting detailsEnjoy Great Benefits (when hired full-time):Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401k with company matchPaid time off, holidays, and regular performance increasesAnd more!Ready to join a company that values your experience?
