Job description
Job TitleUsing a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble products.Job Responsibilities:Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and proceduresComply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the GCM Quality SystemCompletes all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirementsReport problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Lead or Production SupervisorProvide hands on job function training to coworkers as neededMaintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions using 6SMust be a team player as measured by his/her peersPerforms other related duties assignedRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentMust be over 18 years of age and authorized to work in USAbility to read and comprehend procedures and prints written in EnglishMust be able to operate forklift safely if certified to do soMust show proficiency in the set-up and operation of all necessary equipmentGood written and oral communication skillsMedical device manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with ERP systems such as EpicorTwo years of mechanical assembly experienceForklift certification
