Assembly Technician – BrazingLooking for a hands-on manufacturing role where your mechanical skills and attention to detail really matter?We're hiring an Assembly Technician – Brazing to join a manufacturing team in South Windsor, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in brazing, soldering, welding, assembly, or manufacturing who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and precision components.And with a Friday–Sunday schedule, you can work three days and have the rest of the week available!Location: South Windsor, CT Pay: $22–$27/hour Schedule: Friday–Sunday 12-hour shifts | 1st or 3rd shift availableWhat You'll DoPerform brazing and assembly operations according to drawings, specifications, and work instructionsPrepare, position, align, and fit components before brazingOperate brazing equipment, torches, fixtures, and hand toolsInspect completed assemblies for proper fit, appearance, and workmanshipUse calipers, gauges, and other basic precision measuring toolsIdentify and report defects or quality concernsComplete production and inspection documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety, quality, and production proceduresSupport additional assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing tasks as neededWhat You BringPrevious brazing, soldering, welding, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power toolsAbility to read and follow basic drawings, specifications, and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive assembly workAbility to safely handle materials, tools, and equipmentHigh school diploma or GED preferredExperience That's a PlusTorch brazing or silver brazingWorking with copper, brass, steel, aluminum, or similar materialsManufacturing or production assemblyUsing calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring equipmentLean manufacturing or quality-control practicesWhy Consider This Opportunity?$22–$27/hourWork Friday–Sunday and enjoy a 3-day workweek1st or 3rd shift optionsDevelop specialized brazing and assembly skillsHands-on work with tools, equipment, and precision componentsOpportunity to build your manufacturing careerIf you're hands-on, mechanically minded, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality workmanship, this could be the opportunity for you.Apply today and take the next step in your manufacturing career!
