Assembly TechnicianTeledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability. We're the world's leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the US Department of Defense.What You'll Do:Mounting and PackagingEpoxy application, precision mounting and placement of components, and dimensional verificationPerform processes in semiconductor cleanroomInspect detector and mux components following established procedures and diagramsDocument observations and prepare parts for further processingEvaluate parts in accordance with Quality Assurance requirementsWhat You Need:Ability to perform assembly tasks using a microscope.Knowledge of adhesives usage, mixing, and application, bonding techniques, surface preparations, cleanroom protocol and electrostatic discharge rules.Flexibility and ability to perform a wide variety of processes across multiple products, computer literate, mechanically inclined, and able to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.Good observation and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow procedures and diagramsAbility to use Excel spreadsheetExemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practicesHigh school diploma or Associate's Degree desirableHands-on experience with handling and manipulation of small parts with tweezersUS Citizenship due to access restrictions.What We Offer:Competitive Salary & Benefits PackageHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEducational Tuition ReimbursementFun Employee Events throughout the yearWhy Teledyne?
