Assembly TechnicianPay: $19.25 - 21.00 per hour Now hiring for a Assembly Technician Location: Columbus, OH Pay Rate: $19.25 – $21.00 per hour Schedule: 8 am – 4:30 pm (but flexible to work between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri) Bring Your Energy to a Job That's Got Good Pay and Perks. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsElectronic assembly experience. Ability to assemble products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or work instructions.Ability to read assembly instructions, production documents, or basic blueprints.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to inspect completed assemblies and identify quality concerns.Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is preferred. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized workstations, use hand tools and assembly equipment as needed, identify quality concerns, and support safe, efficient warehouse and production operations.The Assembly Technician plays an important role in warehouse production by assembling products that meet quality and customer expectations. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work efficiently in team environments. Successful Assembly Technician candidates understand assembly procedures, production standards, quality inspection, and workplace safety while supporting productive daily operations. Consistent performance contributes directly to operational success.
