Assembly TechnicianDeWitts Radiator engineers and manufactures premium cooling products for aftermarket automotive, powersports, commercial, and defense markets. You'll pull and prep components, operate core building machinery, run brazing operations, and flex across different work areas as the team needs you. No two shifts are exactly the same, and we love that about this job.What You'll DoAssemble radiator components in a fast-paced production environmentOperate hand tools and equipment including metal saws, braze furnaces, and stamping machinesInterpret work orders and track progress toward daily production goalsLoad and unload furnaceMaintain high quality standards — inspect your work and catch issues before they move downstreamOperate a Hi-Lo forklift (training and annual certification provided)Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safeFlex into other production areas as needed to support the teamApply both Metric and US measuring standards accuratelyParticipate in various team meetings and committeesWhat We're Looking ForThe best candidates for this role bring more than a skill set — they bring the right mindset.3+ years of hands-on manufacturing or skilled trades experiencePostsecondary degree, apprenticeship, or trade certificate preferred (not required)Sharp attention to detail — you notice what others miss with the confidence to communicate itAdapts comfortably to changing priorities and work areasGenuine team player who communicates well and follows directionTakes pride in the quality of their work and the reputation of the companyProven consistent, reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and streamline processesPhysical RequirementsThis is active, hands-on work.
